*Please note that the cost of any alcohol requested is not included in this price. A $50 fuel surcharge will be added to events held outside Calgary city limits.
Private Sommelier Service option To put your evening over the top, and truly memorable, InterCourse Chef Services can provide a professional sommelier service for your dinner event. In addition to discussing the evening's wine pairings, the sommelier can discuss proper opening of wine bottles, service temperature, and stemware.
